Yoga Upaniṣads

Yoga Upaniṣads are a group of about twenty minor Upaniṣads specifically related to the philosophy and practice of Yoga. They also deal with varied emphasis on methodology and meditation and other aspects of philosophy. The current work explains their philosophy with regard to specific topics like the world, the Atman and such other aspects along with a comparative view from other Upaniṣadic streams of knowledge. It provides the much needed insight to the aspirant to lead him on the path of fulfilment. The Yogin in the present Age must be patient at all stage, for it is said that “the very fact that an adept has taken to Yoga in the first place should be regarded by the Jīva within the adept’s body is a matter of singular good fortune; as Jīva has been able to turn the mind to the path of eventual realisation of Brahman. It is indeed a favourable shift in balancing the vāsanas at that point in time in a given birth.”
